I had an overall pleasant experience at Miami Beach Resort & Spa. The direct access to the beach was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. However, I did find the pool area a bit outdated, which detracted from my stay.

Rooms
6.0
While the room was clean and comfortable, it felt a bit shabby and lacked proper lighting. I also think the mattress and blankets could use an upgrade.
Service
7.0
Most staff were friendly and helpful, though there were moments when response times to simple queries felt a bit lacking.
Location
8.0
The location is prime, right next to the beach and close to various attractions. I appreciated being in a quieter area of Miami Beach.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were varied and the food was generally good. But I did find some items a bit pricey for what they offered.
Facilities
7.0
The valet service was convenient despite some minor confusion at checkout. Additionally, I enjoyed the outdoor bar area for relaxation.

I had a mostly positive experience at Miami Beach Resort & Spa, especially enjoying the ocean view and direct beach access. although the hidden fees for amenities like the pool were a bit surprising. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly a bellhop named Derek, who provided great recommendations. I found the room comfortable, but some areas of the hotel could use an update.

Service

Overall, the service was friendly and attentive. but I did encounter some unexpected charges that left me a bit perplexed.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic for beach access, right by the sand. but getting to more bustling areas like Lincoln Road required a bit of a trek or a taxi.
Dining
6.0
I found the dining options at the hotel to be limited and a bit underwhelming, especially for breakfast. although room service did provide some enjoyable meals.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was nice and well-maintained, making it a great spot to unwind. yet the daily service charges for amenities felt unnecessary.

I had a mixed experience at Miami Beach Resort & Spa. The hotel's location right next to the beach was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. However, the hotel felt quite outdated, and some of the amenities, like the elevators, need significant improvements. While the room was clean and comfortable, the service could have been more responsive at times.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, but it had a tired appearance with outdated decor. I found the lighting to be poor and there were no chairs or desks. They also didn’t replace the towels during my stay.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly, I noticed that the service wasn’t always as responsive as I would have liked. At times, it felt like my questions were bothering them, which was a bit disappointing.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was one of its best features. It's right on the ocean and close to several attractions, making it convenient for enjoying Miami's vibrant beach life.
Dining
5.0
Dining options onsite were decent, but I found some meals, like the chicken wings, not worth the price. I did enjoy the burgers and the breakfast. Overall, the food was a bit hit or miss.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was nice, and I appreciated having direct beach access. However, the hotel itself is in need of renovations, and I missed having amenities like a hot tub.

6.0/10

My stay at Miami Beach Resort & Spa had its highs and lows. The beach access was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand, but the room I was initially placed in was disappointing. It felt outdated and poorly maintained, with stains on the walls and broken fixtures. While I did end up in a much nicer room after addressing my concerns, the overall impression of the hotel still left me wanting more.

Rooms
5.0
The first room I was assigned was dirty and incredibly outdated. with non-functioning amenities and issues like an intercom that kept humming all night. Thankfully, after requesting a new room, the next one was much cleaner and more comfortable.
Service
5.0
I did experience some difficulty getting in touch with the front desk initially, but once I spoke with the staff member, he was very accommodating and engaged. Overall, the staff was friendly, though one person I interacted with was less so.
Location
5.0
The location was definitely a plus. being close to the beach made my vacation much more enjoyable, although it felt a bit removed from the more vibrant areas like Lincoln Road.
Dining
5.0
The food options were pretty simple and more expensive than I expected. The breakfast was okay, but nothing notable, and I was hoping for more variety at the restaurants.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was one of the highlights, being spacious and nicely maintained. However, I did notice some ongoing construction that made getting to the beach a bit of a hassle during my stay.

5.0/10

My stay at Miami Beach Resort & Spa had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the staff's friendliness, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The location was fantastic, especially with the direct beach access, and I enjoyed the pool area. However, the outdated facilities, including the rooms and elevators, were disappointing and impacted my experience overall.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite outdated, with furniture that seemed to have seen better days and windows that could use a good cleaning. The mattress was not comfortable, and I noticed the decor could definitely use an upgrade. The space was somewhat spacious, but overall, the condition was lacking.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to my needs, which made a positive difference in my stay. However, there were some chaotic moments with the elevators that seemed to be a frequent issue.
Location
8.0
The location of the resort was one of its best features. I loved being away from the busyness of Ocean Drive, yet still having access to the beach. It was convenient for enjoying both relaxation and exploring local attractions.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were a little pricey, with my meal costing around $18 per person. While the food quality was decent, the drinks being served in plastic cups was something I hadn't expected given the price point.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area was enjoyable, and I appreciated the private beach access. However, the elevators were a hassle, with only two out of four functional during my stay, which made for long wait times. The common areas were fairly clean, though.
